London
Pleasure flights will depart from Stapleford Aerodrome,
the operating base of Excel Charter Ltd

| You
will take off to the West, passing the Bank of England printing works,
then onto the Southern most reservoir of the Lea
Valley. |
|
From
here, you will pass the 2012 Olympic Development
Site, The o2 Arena and also get a fantastic view
of the Isle of Dogs.
|
|
| Next,
you will have Greenwich on your left and the high
rise towers of Canary Wharf on your right. |
|
| Heading
West, the landmarks become more frequent, with
St Katherine’s Dock and the Tower of London
on your right. Tower Bridge and H.M.S. Belfast
are clearly seen on your left. |
|
| The
iconic Gherkin, the Nat West Tower and St Paul’s
Cathedral are all easily spotted. |
|
| More
challenging on the South Bank are the Globe Theatre,
Tate Modern and the OXO Tower. |
|
As
we turn left past the London Eye you will see Horse
Guards Parade, with Buckingham Palace at the end
of The Mall.

|
| On
the river, you will see Big Ben and the Houses
of Parliament. Then past Waterloo Station as far
as the Oval Cricket Ground. |
